Terry Luker | Senior Partner

Terry Luker is the founder and Senior Partner of Alternative Capital Solutions. Terry is considered by many to be an expert in deal structure and creative financing options that are not obvious to most. His “can do” attitude and persistence is apparent to all with whom he associates.

Ken Collins | Consultant, Senior Partner

With over 40 years of owning, financing, and managing business enterprises, Ken brings a diverse perspective to ACS that gives our company a true advantage with lenders. He has extensive experience in working directly with financial institutions as a credit analyst, problem solver and in new business development.

Jeff Luker | Vice President, Chief Operations Officer

Jeff joined the ACS team in July 2015. Prior to Joining ACS, Jeff spent the previous Seven years in Sales Management Leadership and as the Finance Director of a large automotive group. Jeff is responsible for all Lender relationships for ACS as well as the day to day operations.

Gary Aldridge | Chief Financial Officer

Gary K. Aldridge, MBA, CPA, CVA, and CFE has over 25 years’ experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in privately held businesses including the following industries: Telecommunications, Hospitality, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Distribution, Solar Energy, Healthcare, and Transportation. Aldridge is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and Mississippi. He is also a licensed Certified Valuation Analyst through The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Micah Seadorf | Vice President, Senior Credit Officer

Micah comes to ACS with over ten years of banking experience as a Credit Analyst. She has an extensive background in underwriting commercial loans of all types and sizes, ensuring cash flows and debt service requirements are within standard guidelines.

Alyssa Gideon | Credit Analyst

Alyssa joins the ACS team with an extensive knowledge of lending stemming from years of working in local credit unions. She has spent time in the automobile industry working in a neighborhood car dealership before her move to ACS. In addition to being a lending expert, she also served her country for six years in the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Leah Waldrop | Marketing Director

Leah is a two-time graduate of The University of Alabama where she majored in Public Relations, Political Science and American Studies. She has served across multiple industries in a marketing and public relations role for over 10 years including B2B supply chain and manufacturing, live events management and marketing, tourism marketing as well as start-up branding for local businesses - giving her an unmatched understanding of marketing strategy for both businesses and consumers.

Tracy Bailey | Credit Analyst

Tracy comes to ACS with 13 years in the banking Industry. She also has 4 years in the data entry field. She has very strong customer service skills and works to meet and exceed the customer’s needs. Tracy is very focused on the work at hand and what it takes to make the process as smooth as possible.

David Runge | Business Development Manager / Lender Relations

David joins ACS with a successful finance and sales management background. He started at ACS as a credit analyst and lender relations associate. Due to his can-do spirit, ability to create great relationships, work ethic, and finance background, David should soon work his way into a senior management position within the organization. We are excited to have him on our team.

Tabitha Luker | HR Director

Tabitha joins ACS from the portable buildings industry where she was the director for collections and customer service. Tabitha has over 20 years of banking and finance experience including roles as a Human Resource Director. Her ability to adapt and willingness to help allows her to fill multiple roles within the ACS community.

Kara James | Credit Analyst

Kara is a south Tennessee native and comes to ACS with close to 10 years of banking experience. Kara most recently worked for a local credit union within their lending department and was able to directly assist clients on a day-to-day basis. Kara is adventurous and loves the outdoors. Two of her favorite hobbies include horseback riding and kayaking. We are proud to have Kara and her knowledge of lending relationships as part of the ACS Team!
